The last of the three Science Cafes associated with the bourbon fundraiser was held at Three Bridges Distillery and Taproom. Talks covered the business aspects of operating a distillery and taproom and the technology of brewing and distilling. Forty bourbons were available and featured some very special bottles. A particularly special bottle was a bottle from Hard Truth and Mellencamp Whiskey autographed by John Mellencamp.
